New Visual Identity of SOS Hotline Niksic

SOS Hotline Niksic has renewed elements of visual presentation – logo, colors and organization’s website, through redesign of visual identity of organization. New logo of organization represents gray dove with raised wings, which carries purple ribbon in her beak. Dove symbolizes love and peace, and her raised wings signify rising from violent past and start of a new life. Purple ribbon which dove carries in her beak is symbol against domestic violence. Purple, as a dominant color in visual presentation of organization, is the color of right judgment, fulfillment of soul, wisdom and intelligence.

Training for Preparation of Project Proposal for Members of the Network “FIRST”

A three-day training, within the project »Promotion of Roma Women and Monitoring the Implementation of Obligatory Documents«, was held from 27 to 29 August 2010, for the members of the women’s Roma network »FIRST« (»PRVA«) in order to gain the knowledge needed for preparation of the project proposal. The training was attended by members of the network »FIRST« from Niksic, Podgorica, Berane and Herceg Novi.

Street Action “Donate 1 euro for Construction of the SOS Centre for Women and Children in Crisis”

SOS Hotline for Women and Children Victims of Violence Niksic organized street action on the central square („Square of Freedom”) on 14th August 2010, in the period from 6 to 8 pm, with the aim to raise funds for the construction of the SOS Centre for Women and Children in Crisis through SMS service for donations, by sending SMS with content SOSNK to code 14683.
